Scott M. Nordberg, CPA, CMA

Scott is a graduate of the University of Montana with a Bachelor’s degree in both finance and accounting. Prior to forming Nordberg Hammack Kolp & Cash, PS, Scott worked for several local firms including Richard Cash, PS. Scott also has private industry experience with a publicly traded software company and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Washington, Oregon and Montana, as well as a Certified Management Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants and the Washington Society of CPAs.

Jack C. Hammack, CPA, CFP®

Jack is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. He has been working as a self-employed CPA for over 30 years, and has also served as a special agent for the both the FBI and the IRS Intelligence Division. Jack specializes in management consulting, federal and state taxation, financial planning and real estate investment and management.

Robert A. Kolp, CPA

Bob has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, including over 20 years as principal of a CPA firm. He holds an MBA in taxation from Golden Gate University and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) certificate from the AICPA. Bob has extensive experience in auditing and accounting, especially affordable housing development, real estate syndication, investment advisory services and taxation. Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of CPAs.

Richard A. Cash, CPA

Richard is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. He worked with several local firms and was in private practice for over 20 years prior to the formation of Nordberg Hammack Kolp & Cash, PS. Richard is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of CPAs. He has also served as treasurer for the local chapter of the Washington Society of CPAs.

Richard L. Miller, Jr., CPA, CFP®

Rick is a graduate of the University of Idaho with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.  Rick has over 20 years of experience providing financial accounting and tax related services to small businesses and individuals, in addition to being a Certified Financial Planner.  Prior to joining Nordberg Hammack Kolp & Cash, PS, Rick worked for a local CPA firm and a local registered investment advisory firm.  He has significant experience in commercial and residential real estate, medical/dental, retirement plans for small businesses, financial statement preparation, investment advisory services and personal financial planning.  Rick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of CPAs.
